Are your products really that good?
Yes! They REALLY are that good! Our goal is to provide the highest quality, natural-conscious skin care for men. Going beyond just skin-deep it is our mission to not only make your face look great but also cultivate confidence in men's lives.
Our products are specifically designed for men’s skin, with clean, healthy, natural ingredients that work hard to deliver clean, healthy and natural results.
Every product we make is something that is essential for skin care so that you get the best results in the least time.

Why do you only have 2 products?
We believe when it comes to men's skin care, less is more.
You DON'T need a complicated daily routine to get good results. You can get the most benefits from just a few key products.
This is why our brand line developed a short, step-by-step, no-hassle system that only consists of the most essential and beneficial products, for both first-time and regular skin-care users, to save your time AND give more bang for your buck. No fluff or unnecessary steps!
Having said that, we do plan to expand our product line but each product will adhere to our "less is more" philosophy. Every product must meet the criteria: that they are essential in the sense that they can provide significant benefits, while also being natural, fast and hassle-free.

Are your products Safe and Toxin Free? Do you include Parabens or Phthalates?
What we don't include is as important as what we do. There is no Ethanol, Menthol, Alcohol, Parabens, Phthalates, Synthetic coloring, Synthetic Fragrance, UV Absorber, Mineral oil, silicone, and more.

Why doesn't DEEP CLEANSE come out easily from the pump?
Due to the characteristics of the product, the contents may harden slightly in low temperatures such as winter.
Put it in a warm room for a while to restore it to normal.

Are your products recyclable?
Yes, all of our containers and packaging are recyclable.

Should the products be kept in the refrigerator in the summer?
No, we don't recommend it. Skin care products are vulnerable to high temperatures, high humidity, and temperature changes. Therefore, sudden changes in temperature caused by putting them in and out of a refrigerator may lead to deterioration. We recommend that skin care be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and away from hot and humid places.

Is there an expiration date?
Depending on the storage conditions, changes in humidity and temperature are burdensome for skin care products, so please use up as much as possible in 3-5 months after opening. Please keep away from hot and humid areas and also from direct sunlight even if it is unopened.
Under normal conditions, the unopened product can be used within 2 years of the purchase date.

Orders over 4000 yen (~300HKD): FREE delivery.

What is the cost of shipping?
Orders over 4000 yen (~300HKD): FREE delivery.
Orders under 4000 yen (~300HKD): Flat delivery fee of 400 yen (~30HKD) to all of Hong Kong.

How to confirm your order
An e-mail order confirmation will be sent to customers after purchase so please check the contents.

I did not receive my order confirmation email
It is possible it is in your Spam folder so please check there. Another possibility is that you may have mistyped your email address.
Please contact support by email if you cannot find it and our staff will help you ASAP to confirm the order and make sure you get the email.

Can I change the Delivery Time?
Please contact us by e-mail. However, if the shipment has already been shipping it is no longer possible for us to change it. In that case, we will inform you of the shipping company and tracking number, so please contact the shipping company directly to change it.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
We will arrange the shipment of your order within one business day after confirming your order. In most cases, we ship within 1-3 days after ordering.

Can I get a receipt?
Yes, you can get a receipt by email. If you also want a PDF please contact us by email and our support staff will send you one.

Simply contact us and return your order within 60 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before the order has been shipped out (usually within 1-2 days). Please email us to process the cancellation.
If the order has already been shipped it is with the shipping company so difficult to cancel. However, our shop does have a return policy as well as a 100% satisfaction guarantee (please see above for details).
